1. Platform Presentation
Matchy+ is a digital platform accessible via web and mobile applications, designed to facilitate geolocated professional matchmaking between: • Employers and recruiters • Freelance or proximity workers (nanny, driver, gardener, mechanic, etc.) The platform offers a matchmaking system based on recommendation algorithms and artificial intelligence, aimed at facilitating connections between users.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Access, registration and use of the Matchy+ platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of: • These Terms of Service • The Privacy Policy Any account creation or platform use constitutes unreserved acceptance of these documents.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Access Requirements To use the platform, the user commits to: • Being at least 18 years old • Providing accurate, honest and up-to-date information • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials The user is solely responsible for account usage. 3.2 Account Types Matchy+ offers several account types: • Free Account • Premium Account • Premium+ Account Each account type provides access to distinct features, detailed directly on the platform. These features may evolve.
4. Matching and AI Functionality
Matchy+ uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence algorithms, to: • Recommend compatible profiles • Generate a compatibility score • Rank profiles by relevance The compatibility score is: • Purely indicative • Non-contractual • Without legal or decisional effect It's a decision support tool. The final decision to contact or not contact a user is exclusively up to users.
5. Offers, Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 General Principle The platform offers: • A free offer • Paid subscriptions providing access to additional features Details of offers, features and prices are available at any time in the application. 5.2 Duration and Renewal • Subscriptions are monthly • They are automatically renewed • The user can cancel their subscription at any time from their account or via the app store • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period 5.3 Free Trials Some offers may include a free trial period. At the end of this period: • The subscription automatically becomes paid • Unless cancelled before the trial ends 5.4 Refund Policy No refund, total or partial, is made except when required by law. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until their expiration date.
6. Wallet, Credits and Bonus Points
Matchy+ provides a virtual wallet allowing: • Recharging amounts in Tunisian dinars (DT) • Conversion according to the rate displayed on the platform (e.g., 1 DT = 10 bonus points) 6.1 Bonus Points Bonus points: • Are usable exclusively on the Matchy+ platform • Have no monetary value • Do not constitute electronic money • Are non-transferable and non-refundable
7. Premium Actions
Bonus points allow access to premium actions, including: • Profile unlocking • Temporary visibility boost • Sending priority connections The cost of each action is clearly displayed in the application.
8. Platform Responsibility
Matchy+ acts solely as a technical matchmaking service provider. As such: • The platform is not a recruitment agency • It does not intervene in contractual relationships between users • It does not guarantee employment, missions, or results • It does not intervene in payments or disputes between users
9. Account Suspension and Deletion
Matchy+ reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of: • Fraud • Abusive or improper use • Violation of these Terms of Service Account deletion results in permanent loss of subscriptions, credits and unused bonus points.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Tunisian law.
